Young professionals in Newcastle took part in Smart Seeds for the second time in 2017.
Six multi-disciplinary teams made up of 26 young professionals from 12 different organisations explored real-life challenges facing the region – prepared collaboratively by senior industry professionals.
Over 12 weeks, participants analysed and dissected these challenges by applying ideation techniques that encourage innovation and creative thinking, supported by mentors from across the participating organisations.
